Flatmate wanted

I am still looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the 14th of September to July 2025. The room is available only to university students. There will be 1 female and 2 males that you would be sharing with. They are all students going into their second year at university, they are all very friendly and would keep the house very clean. The house is a modern property with 4 double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a rear garden and off-street parking. It is very close to UEA, a 16 minute walk and a 4 minute cycle. The rent is £400 a month excluding bills, we are assuming the bills would be £60 a month. I have put together videos of the house and room available, along with some pictures.
