Bright room in lovely home - central city location

This is a nice sized single room a 25 minute walk from the city centre (and UEA accessible by a bus stop 15/20 minutes walk away) with a really comfortable bed, chest of drawers and small wardrobe. It is very sunny and light, looking over the pretty garden. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished and, thus, I believe it to be worth the money because you will be living in bright, uplifting surroundings in a central location of the city. I'm looking for an easygoing person who likes to chat, yet is independent. Someone who works full time or is a postgraduate who works in the library or university during the day and/or returns home at the weekend would be ideal! I'm a friendly, happy go lucky type who gets on with loads of people and will be more than willing to show you around to see what you think.

You'll have your own kitchen cupboard, fridge space and freedom to cook in the kitchen. You can watch my TV, or put a TV in your room (a previous lodger had a TV in that room). There's a brand newly mended shower, a desk downstairs which you can happily work on and a well equipped kitchen. Broadband is quick and you can have some plant/ herb pots in the garden if you'd like... The garden is well looked after, with plenty of bees and insects buzzing about; most relaxing to sit out in in the summer. Heating is on a lot in the winter (very toasty and cosy here) and there are air driers for clothes. We can discuss all when you come to view the cute room!
