Bright room in lovely home - central city location

A room with lovely furnishings and pictures now available for a short term 3 month let, and a possibility of extending beyond that! Would be ideal for a postgrad or professional. The house is kept very clean and tidy.

Your room is a cosy sized single room an easy 20 minute stroll from the city centre (and UEA accessible by a bus stop 15 minutes walk away) with a good sized Futon shop clothes hanger and room for a suitcase or box or two under the bed. It is sunny and light, looking over the pretty garden. The house is carefully and colourfully decorated and furnished and, thus, it's well worth the money because you will be living in bright, uplifting surroundings in a central location of the city (bus stop to the city centre is 8 minutes walk from here).

I am looking for an easygoing person to live with - someone who likes a chat, yet is independent. Someone who works full time or is a postgraduate in the library or university would also be ideal! I'm a friendly, happy go lucky type who gets on with loads of people and will be more than willing to show you around to see what you think. For four days a week I'll be out at work supply teaching or working in nurseries.

You'll have your own kitchen cupboard, fridge space and freedom to cook in the kitchen. You can watch the TV any time you like (Netflix. paid for). There's a brand newly mended shower, a dining table downstairs which you can happily work on, along with a well equipped kitchen. Broadband is speedy and you can have some plant/herb pots in the garden if you'd like to... There's a well looked after garden with plenty of bees and insects buzzing about; most relaxing to sit out in in the summer. Heating is on a lot in the winter (very toasty and cosy here) and there's an air drier for clothes.

If need be, you could store a few boxes or a suitcase of things in the outside cupboard. Parking could be available - I will have to apply for a Visitor's permitbif you are a driver.
