The private entrance is at the back of the house for the guests/lodgers, and the middle living room is also private and only for the guests/lodgers The private living room has a 60" TV and one double bedroom with a 60" TV and the other double bedroom one having an en-suite bathroom.
The area/cul-de-sac road is located 15 minutes walk to the City Centre and 1 minute walk to the bus stops which one way go to the city and the other to the UEA and the busses run every 10 minutes. There is a Co-op 2 minutes to the top of the road and Tesco to the right at the top of the road, which has bars, coffee shops, shops and Golden Triangle restaurants and bars on Unthank Road.
I am looking for a professionals preferably. Because of how quiet the area and house will be they could work from home if required. The area down the Cul-De-Sac is very secluded and peaceful, and the residents are very quiet. The house is south facing so gets the sun from morning till night on the front and back patios.
