There is one bedroom available 1st September 2024 until 31st July 2025 (11 months) in this 4 bedroom student rental house situated just 8 mins' walk to UEA. This is a shared tenancy with 3 other people (2 male and 1 female). There is a small shared sitting room, a kitchen with dining table and chairs, a utility room, a garden, one toilet and one bathroom with electric shower over the bath. We are private landlords, so no hidden fees, and we live locallly so any problemns are sorted quickly. We take our role as landlords seriously, making sure the accommodation is safe and comfortable (carbon monoxide detector, fire doors and smoke alarms in place) and we even do the gardening for you! Ther is a washing machine, a dryer, microwave, oven with 4 hobs, eaxtractor fan, 2 fridges, and a chest-freezer., plus plenty of kitchen cupboard space. Our monthly rents are lower than other places we know, but in return we expect you to be fair with us and with yout co-tenants, please. On-road permit parking available in front of house (costs arouns £35 per year).
