House has one double en-suite, plus 3 singles upstairs sharing 1 bathroom and 2 downstairs single bedrooms sharing 1 shower room. Separate shared lounge, dining, room kitchen - usual appliances dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier etc. bills are shared - last year averaged £60 per person per month. Rent is £350 per month 11 month contract. Council tax band D but will only let to person with current student council tax exemption.
