Hey there! I'm looking for someone to replace me on my tennancy as I'm moving away. You'll be living with 3 lovely housemates who are Amelie and Declan final year uea students and one grasuate Cameron.
A little about the house!
The house is a 5 minute walk to UEA and a 5 Minute walk to the 26 and 25 bus routes and there's a Co-op just down the road 2 mins away. The house has one shared toilet separate to the shower room.
Rent is £350 per month not including bills. Bills ome to around £60-70. There are 1 double room available (this is the largest room in the house) and come furnished with a king size bed, beside table, lamp, paperbin, desk, chair, shelves and built in wardrobe. There's a beautiful garden and shed for storage.
