The Room: is a bright good sized double and comes fully furnished. Includes a double bed with comfy eve mattress; built-in double wardrobe with full-length mirror; tv point and large window/ door out onto the balcony. There is space for a desk in the room if you want to work from home. The room comes with a private modern bathroom with shower, bath, sink and wc. Although it is not en-suite you would be the only person to use it.

The Flat: Top floor, light and airy riverside apartment with great views over Norwich. Two bedroom, two bathroom, with secure intercom entry and lift. There is an open plan living/kitchen area with sofas, tv, table, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher (so no arguing over washing up) and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the separate utility cupboard.

About me: 26 year old professional, I sometimes work from home of us work and spend my evenings usually relaxing watching tv. I would consider myself sociable, friendly, clean and considerate. The apartment is owned by my family and I rent off them- I have been given permission to let out the spare room separate to my agreement with my family.

Location: 20 mins walk along the river to the city centre and 10 mins to the train station. Nearby in the riverside retail area there is a large Morrison's, Costa and Starbucks, several outlet shops, the Riverside gym and swimming pool, plus the Riverside entertainment complex with bars, cinema, restaurants approx. 5/10 mins walk along the river.

Please note, there is no free overnight parking close by, only paid parking or supermarket short-stay. You can pay for a space in Morrisons car park for around £100 per month if you need a space (separate to this flat). There is a bus stop close by - number 25/26, which goes to the city center and the UEA/NNUH and the number 15 which goes towards Broadland business park.

All bills are included in the rent. This covers all utilities, Broadband, council tax, shared cleaning and laundry products, TV license, Netflix, Amazon prime and contents insurance.

The room would suit single occupancy and female and sorry but no pets allowed due to lease restrictions. I would be open to a negotiation in cost for Monday-Friday let or shorter term let.
