We have just recently decorated the property. The rooms a double that’s modern and bright. It’s ready to move straight in. There is a large bathroom attached to the room which would be solely used by you.

The downstairs of the house is shared with two others. Both tenants have been with us for over 4 years and are very relaxed and easy going people.

The photos show the room and bathroom along with the rooms downstairs but if you are serious you should come and have a look. I have a video tour which I can send over.

We are look for someone who’s relaxed and clean. Current tenants are both professions and enjoy socialising.

Rents £700 a month with a months rent as a deposit. We have a contract for you to sign. There are no fees.

Couples are considered, an additional person would be £125 a month.

Pets are considered. For an additional £25 a month.

Everything’s included in the rent, Electric, Gas, Water, Council tax. It’s just a one off monthly payment of £700
