Hi,

This is Sam and Bea, our lovely housemate is leaving us, and her room has become available. We are looking for a respectful and easy-going housemate to take her place. Currently, there are 2 full-time housemates, both professionals between 29-37 and us that come to stay when visiting, although we spend most of the time in Spain (we have got our own en-suite).

It's a large 4 bedroom house over 3 floors, with plenty of common areas for you to enjoy which include:

·Kitchen (inc. dishwasher and washer/dryer)
·Separate Dining Room
·Separate Lounge
·2 bathrooms + 1 WC (shared between 3 rooms)
·Garden (A good sun-trap in the summer) with bike rack

The room is very spacious (the largest in the house) and it comes with a king size bed, desk, wardrobe, arm chair and plenty of storage.

All bills and a cleaner of common areas included in the rent.

This is the perfect property for professionals looking for high-standard accommodation. Everyone keeps the house clean and tidy, so it's important that the new housemate does the same.

AREA

Lots of green areas around, which include 3 large parks with access to the river and a lovely marshes walk. Excellent access in and out of the city via a paved cycle path, Marriot's way (20 minutes walk/5 minutes cycle) or direct bus route to the city centre. 5 minutes walk to local supermarkets (Aldi/Home Bargains).

You can park in front of the house when available, but there is also off-road parking on the main street (Havers rd).
