I am Charlie. I am 35 and own my own house in NR2.

A double room, in a 2 bed terrace house.
Upstairs shared bathroom, living room and kitchen / dining room.

I am looking for a professional female lodger to take my second bedroom; someone clean and tidy and respectful of my house rules.

I will be travelling quite a bit over the rest of the year, so you would have time in the house alone.

The house is located in the heart of the Golden Triange, with easy walking distance to both Unthank Road and Earlham Road.

You will have use of a comfortable, quiet double bedroom at the back of a Victorian terraced house with a queen-size bed, a well-equipped kitchen and dining room, and a lovely, peaceful garden.
