Finding 2 people (or couple) for an en-suite room

Hi, I’m Thảo. I’m about to graduate from UEA this September.
Initially, My friends and I planned to stay in Norwich for a year after graduation, but now we’ve decided to move to London. So our room is available now. It's at NR5 8HH, near the university, a 10-minute walk, close to Tesco, in the direction of Sportspark, and convenient for buses 25, 26, and 21.
We booked this room hastily at the time for various reasons, such as:
- Two people sharing one en-suite room, with a private bathroom, no need to share.
- Fully furnished with a desk, furniture, mattress, and wardrobes already in place.
- The room has a large window.
- There’s a spacious garden at the back.
- Outside our room, there’s a pretty large living room with a big table, a comfy sofa, and a door . It’s separate from the kitchen, so at night, when the tenants are done using the room, it basically becomes a second study or reading room for the two of you (very convenient if you want to live together but still need personal space.
-The kitchen is fully equipped, and the landlady even bought a new, big fridge
- Washing machine and dryer are fully provided.
- And the best part, the dream price: £330 per person per month (including bills like electricity, water, wifi, etc.).
- -£670 per person including bills if you want to live alone
- One more note, the landlady is Chinese and very easygoing and friendly to talk to!
If two people rent, both names will be on the official contract.
