Warm, light, cosy room in NR3

Warm, light and cosy single room available in NR3, near Silver Road. LGBTQ+ friendly. Would suit someone looking for a comfortable and homely short let - a professional or an international student. Not suitable for WFH.
The house has 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom (next to the room for rent), a living room (not shared), a large kitchen dining room, and downstairs loo.

I'm an artist and teacher and I work partly from home. I host international language students during the Easter and summer holidays, hence the short term availability. I love nature, art, singing, music, comedy and cooking.

My ideal housemate will need to be environmentally minded, politically aware and respectful. I am a pescatarian and would prefer to share with similar or veggie/vegan. I love cooking and would like to share meals occasionally. This is something we'd need to discuss.
