Well sized one bed flat in the golden triangle

I moved to London in the new year and am renting out my lovely flat in NR2. My current tenant is leaving on the 1st October so it’s available from then.

I’d like to find someone nice and responsible who will love living here. It’s a great flat in a great location between the university and the city. Includes:

- brand new Ikea kitchen with dishwasher, washer dryer and fridge freezer
- fairly new bathroom with rainforest shower and heated towel rail
- big bedroom with bed and Ikea mattress and a futon (the bedroom is bigger than in the photo, you can only see the futon to the right)
- good central heating and insulation
- off street parking (you will need to apply to the council for a permit)
