Hi 😊 I’m currently looking for a new housemate.

Move in date will be 6th November. It’s a three bed house so will be myself and our other housemate, both late 20’s and early 30’s. It’s a double room, comes fully furnished, you’ll have your own bathroom, with a shared kitchen, lounge and back garden. We’re located in Lakenham, just off hall road, 15 mins walk to John Lewis and 15 mins to Aldi hall road. Rent is £450 per month, excluding bills and council tax (£580 including bills and tax). We’re both sociable and relaxed, looking for someone similar and clean and tidy. Please p/m if interested.
