Double room plus box room

This is a large semi-furnished, clean well decorated room with attached box room with view of the garden. This could be your office or personal sitting room. Ample storage space , a desk for work and room for an armchair and yoga mat. Shared kitchen, dining room, bathroom and garden . Free parking.
I have the other room but I’m only there 2 or 3 nights per week.
I’d prefer someone with a track record of keeping their home tidy and clean who won’t want loads of guests round and is fun and easy going company.
Cats considered but there’s no cat flap . Hypoallergenic dogs also possible if you are diligent with keeping the house clean.
