Double room near university

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I need to move out the city. It’s an upstairs double room in a house near the university and eaton park. Separate toilet and shower. Bed frame and mattress included along with the desk and beside table (currently under the desk), there is a walk in wardrobe. Rent includes all bills, wifi, council tax, and a cleaner to clean communal areas every two weeks.

All bedroom doors have a key lock

Bus stop is a five minute walk away. Morrisons, Dominos, and Costcutter all a short walk away
