We have a beautiful, enormous double room available as one of our house mates has finished finished his course. The area is quiet and very lovely, situated almost exactly halfway between city centre and the UEA campus so is ideal for NUA or UEA students. Bus stops are less than a two minute walk away so perfect for commuting and a 30 minute walk away from either campus if that's what you prefer. We have one huge bathroom, a washing machine, tumbledryer and fully furnished lounge with a TV. House mates are clean, tidy and friendly with little interest in big house parties or loud late nights. Please note that tenants MUST be students. Thank you!
