I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the year 24/25. The original price is £222 a week bills included. However, I made all all payments up to 31/10/2024 and will cover £62 of the weekly price as I really need this gone and know that the current price is too expensive for most students. I will make a one payment to the student accommodation directly once you confirm that you’re happy to take over and will provide you with proof of that :)

The studio is 18 m2 with plenty of storage space, a 3/4 double bed, a desk and library shelves and your own kitchen which has a fridge, an oven, a microwave and a cooker; and your own bathroom. the rent includes bills and wifi as well as plenty of study areas, a cinema, a gym, a pool lounge, a karaoke room and a gaming room downstairs available to all tenants. there is a laundry facility on site.

It is within walking distance from NUA and a short bus ride away from UEA
