I'm looking for a female professional or mature student, and no other pets. This would suit someone who values their own space within a friendly, mutually respectful home, and enjoys a peaceful sanctuary to come back to in the evening

First floor, front facing with 2 windows. Fully furnished with everything you could need, including large built-in wardrobe. Ensuite with toilet, sink and shower.

Fully equipped kitchen-dining room, living room with balcony and TV, gorgeous garden with herbs, flowers, fruit and veg with an outdoor dining area.

Quiet street in Riverside close to the station. City centre 10 minute walk. Direct buses to UEA /NNUH. Restaurants, cinema, shops, gym 2 mins walk away. River walks on the doorstep.

About Me

Moved to UK in 2024 after working abroad most of my life. I currently care for a relative who lives nearby and also work for a Jewish relief agency often in the evenings and weekends. My office is on the top floor, so no need to tiptoe around, or worry about disturbing me. I'm also a registered boxing judge and love hiking and working in the garden when I get time off.
