Quiet, ensuite room available, NR1 Riverside

Looking for a tidy person to share my house in NR1 Riverside. The house is quiet but very central, with a small garden and a balcony. Trying (imperfectly) to be as zero waste as possible.

The room is furnished with an ensuite shower and toilet.

I have a cat who lives here too, so this wouldn't be suitable for someone with cat allergies

I have worked internationally most of my life and have just returned to UK. I love boxing, hiking, animals and gardening.

I want it to feel like your home (or home away from home) too, so being on the same page is important. Would like to share nice chats in the evening, rather than feeling like strangers.

Short term let and non-Brits welcome. Rolling monthly contract.
