Hi! Looking for one female (these are non-negotiable) housemate to share my 3-storey terrace from early November. You’d have a private ensuite and would share communal areas with me, and more importantly, Bessie 🐈‍⬛, a friendly black cat, who does tricks for Dreamies.

My home vibe is super important to me, and if it resonates with you, I'd love to hear from you. I’d love someone friendly, tidy, communicative, and considerate, who values community at home eg: sharing meals, drinks or chats now and then - while also appreciating the space / privacy that the house setup gives. Huge plus if you'd be open to taking care of Bess if I'm away. Most of all, I'm looking for someone who cares about who they live with as much as I do, so that this is a safe, comfortable space for us both.

Location: Train station 5 minute walk, city centre /NUA 15 minute walk, direct buses to UEA /NNUH. Restaurants, cinema, shops, gym 2 mins walk away. Gorgeous river walks on the doorstep.

Large, fully equipped kitchen-dining room, living room with balcony, garden with flowers, veg & herbs (feel free to dig in if you have green fingers 💚)

Fully furnished. Large built-in wardrobe. Front-facing with 2 large windows. Ensuite with toilet, sink and shower.

About Me

Down to earth Sheffielder, with a Northern sense of humour. Lived/worked in 14 countries so far, but still put Hendos on everything 😋. I work for a Jewish relief organisation (mostly tucked away in my top floor office). I also volunteer at a local theatre and am a registered boxing judge. I speak English, Hebrew and German.

Rolling monthly contract, min. 3 months, generally up to 8-12 months.

There isn't a parking space available with the room, and no local on-street parking for cars. Bicycles need to be kept on the street or at secure parking at the station.
