First floor, front facing with 2 windows. Fully furnished with large built-in wardrobe. Ensuite with toilet, sink and shower.

Fully equipped kitchen-dining room, living room with balcony and TV, gorgeous herb, flower, fruit & veg garden with outdoor dining area.

Location

Quiet street in Riverside close to the station. City centre 15 minute walk. Direct buses to UEA /NNUH. Restaurants, cinema, shops, gym 2 mins walk away. River walks on the doorstep.

About Me

Moved to UK in 2024 after working abroad most of my life, currently work for a Jewish Relief Agency from my top floor office. My working hours vary, and can be late, but I'm out of the way and don't impact you ☺️ I'm also a registered boxing judge. I love hiking or working in the garden when I get time off.
