Hi! Looking for someone to share my modern and comfortable 3-storey home in Riverside NR1. You’ll have a private ensuite and share communal areas with me, and more importantly, Bessie, my friendly black cat.

Your Room

Front facing with 2 windows. Fully furnished with large built-in wardrobe. Ensuite with toilet, sink and shower.

Shared Spaces

Fully equipped kitchen-dining room, living room with balcony and TV, garden with flowers, veg & herbs.

Location

Quiet street in Riverside. Train station 5 minute walk. City centre 15 minute walk. Direct buses to UEA /NNUH. Restaurants, cinema, shops, gym 2 mins walk away. River walks on the doorstep.

I'm looking for someone clean & tidy who values open communication and a friendly, relaxed home atmosphere (eg: occasional shared meals or kitchen chats etc), while also valuing their independence and space. Not looking for a bestie but I also don't enjoy coexisting as strangers. Huge plus if you're open to taking care of Bess if I'm away.

About Me

From Sheffield, Northern sense of humour, global outlook. Lived/worked in 14 countries so far. Work for a Jewish relief organisation, usually in my top floor office, my working hours vary depending on project. I'm also a registered boxing judge. I speak English, Hebrew and German.

Small Print

Rolling monthly contract with 3 month minimum. The bills are included on a fair use basis, based on last year's usage. Please note that the home isn't set up for full-time WFH or equivalent. There is off road parking for one medium car.
