Shared spaces are with just me and one sweet natured black cat. Available either full week (£580) or M-F (£500) all bills included. Rolling monthly contract.
Looking for a female (would consider males for a M-F contractor arrangement) and no other pets. This would suit someone tidy who values a mutually respectful home, and enjoys a peaceful place to come back to in the evening. I'm always up for a chat or glass of wine, but also value my space, and respect yours. I'm often in my office in the evenings working, but it's on the top floor so no need to worry about disturbing me or tiptoeing around.

First floor, front facing with 2 windows. Fully furnished with everything you could need, including large built-in wardrobe. Ensuite with toilet, sink and shower.

Fully equipped kitchen-dining room (ground floor), living room with balcony (first floor), gorgeous garden with herbs, flowers, fruit and veg with patio and dining set.
My personal bedroom, bathroom and office are all on the top floor.
Location
Quiet street in Riverside close to the station. City centre 10 minute walk. Direct buses to UEA /NNUH. Restaurants, cinema, shops, gym 2 mins walk away. River walks on the doorstep.
About Me
Moved to UK in 2024 after working abroad most of my life. I work for a Jewish relief agency, and care for a relative who lives nearby. I'm also a registered boxing judge and love hiking and working in the garden when I get time off.
