Double Ensuite room with parking in a three storey house in Riverside, close to the station. You can choose 5 day (£530pcm), 7 day (£600pcm) or a 3/4 day arrangement (TBD) .
You'll share communal areas with just me and my sweet natured cat. This would suit someone who is independent, and enjoys a tidy, lowkey home environment. Mature student or professional preferred.

Front facing with 2 windows on first floor. Fully furnished with large built-in wardrobe. Ensuite with toilet, sink and shower. Bedding and towels provided.

Fully equipped kitchen-dining room, living room with balcony and TV, patio garden with dining set, flowers, veg & herbs.
Location
Quiet street in Riverside. Train station 5 minute walk. City centre 15 minute walk. Direct buses to UEA /NNUH. Restaurants, cinema, shops, gym 2 mins walk away. River walks on the doorstep.
About Me
I work for a Jewish Relief Agency from home in my top floor office. My working hours vary depending on my projects. Some weeks you might not even see me, and other times, I might be around a little bit more. I'm also a registered boxing judge. I speak English, Hebrew and German.
