I'm looking for someone to replace me in this property it's a double room with your own bathroom 2 wardrobes and bed,
shared kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle 2 fridge/freezers and laundry facilities, near city centre, nothing wrong with any of it just something else has come up and i need to move out, as a shared house you are not liable for council tax this I included in the rent.
