The spare room is upstairs at the back of the property with a view overlooking the back yard. The room is furnished with a large desk for work as well as a wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.

The kitchen has amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as other appliances the other tenants have brought.
