Double room available with en suite NR3 area. Currently the room has a sofa bed which can be used as a futon if wanted/need. If not, it can be removed to accomodate.

Standard terrace house with living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and toilet downstairs. (Garden at the rear of the house).

Upstairs, two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with toilet, shower and bath.

*Please not that there is a toilet downstairs but shower would need to be shared in the en suite bathroom upstairs.

Inconvenience represented in price. £500 a month including all bills.
