Urgent!! Looking for a housemate/ tenancy transfer

Hi guys, im urgently looking for someone that can take over my tenency(from 1 December to 1 August 2025). 😭

There are 3 bedrooms in the house and 2 of them have been rented.

Two bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living room. Sharing the house with two other tenants(one girl and one guy).
Rent £410
Bills and broadband £40-50
(£115 per week per person)
(The bills should be getting cheaper when the winter is over)

Address: NR5
Around 15min walk to uea campus, 6min walk to Tesco

The room:
A king sized bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair and two drawers(I bought them in early October so they are quite new)
