The studio is compact but easily fits a double bed - it’s modern and bright. It’s ready to move straight in. There is a bathroom attached to the room which has a rainfall shower above the bath.

Rents £750 a month with a months rent as a deposit. We have a contract for you to sign. There are no fees.

Pets are considered with an additional cost of £25 a month. Please note there’s a small garden.

Couples are considered, an additional person would be £150 a month which would help contribute to the bills.

Everything’s included in the rent, Electric, Gas, Water, Council tax. It’s just a one off monthly payment of £750 (wifi, parking and tv license are all additional)
