Lovely cosy room in a city centre location

This room is cosy, overlooking the garden at the back of the house. It is carefully decorated with nice furnishings, pictures, colours etc, so it would be lovely to have a tenant who appreciates that kind of home comfort. The room contains a small wardrobe and decent sized chest of drawers. All of the common areas of the home are shared; you have access to them all. You'd have a cupboard in the kitchen and be able to cook as much as you want to on the gas cooker. The lounge/dining room is a decent size and you're most welcome to relax and to watch tv etc. The bathroom has a reliable, hot shower, whilst the heating makes it nice and warm in the winter.

Locationwise, this place is totally ideal for a 20 minute walk into the city centre as well as being on a main bus route with frequent reliable buses travelling to the city centre approx every 15 minutes. My other lodger works in the city and finds it's really convenient for walking in each day. A bus stop on Dereham Rd will take you to opposite M and S in 10 minutes (10 minutes walk from the house). If you have a car, you can have my visitor permit.

We're a laid back household; welcoming warm people who like chatting yet who also cherish our own space and are very independent. It could be a good choice for a postgrad student who wants a quieter environment but easy access to the UEA - bus stop for UEA buses is a 10 minute walk from here.

Feel free to contact me about a visit/tour of the house if you think it sounds OK. It's cosy and comforting and chilled. If you need a workspace, you can work on the dining room table; no problem . Or a desk can be found for the room. :)
