Furnished room near city centre

I'm leaving my furnished room in the Golden Triangle and am looking for someone to take on the rest of my tenancy until the end of July (can be extended).

The rooms are rented separately, so you're not depending on anybody else.

Rent is £575 for professionals or £525 for students, which covers all bills including council tax, internet and weekly cleaning. I'm also happy to knock off some of the rent until the end of June to find someone quickly.

The room has built in storage and a washing basin, and you have access to a large living room and kitchen, two showers, two toilets and a spacious garden.

There is a Beryl stop about a 2 minute walk away.
NUA is about 5 minutes by bike.
UEA is about 10 minutes by bike.

Off street parking is available for an additional fee.

The flat is only half occupied, so you'd live with 3 other people, all of whom are clean and friendly.
