I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy at 3 Hemlin Close, NR5 8JB from 1st April 2025- 31st July 2025.

Private room for rent in a 5 bedroom fully furnished house with a single bed in a very safe neigbourhood. We would prefer a female housemate as the rest of the tenants are also female. The price is £410 per month (bills not included). The house has a very spacious living room and a newly renovated kitchen with a washing machine and dryer. Plenty of car parking spaces and only a 2 minute walk to the bus stop. It is a 15 minute walk to UEA campus and Aldi, and a 10 minute walk to Tesco express. There are 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms.
