Studio Annex

Hi, my name is Bethany, I’m 29 and living with my 4 year old bulldog. He is extremely friendly and loves people.

I’m looking to rent out my converted Annex that is situated at the end of my garden, it has an en-suite which has a washing machine fitted, Kitchenette with a Fridge and then a large bedroom/living area. There is electric heating which keeps the building really toasty and it’s a nice peaceful and quiet area.

There is a private garden area, parking available and a side gate that gives access to the annex without having to go through my house.

The photos show the annex completely unfurnished and just renovated.

The annex is available from the 21st October.

I work in London 3 times a week which are long hours and therefore you will have the place to yourself those days. The rest of the week I work from home and at weekends like to chill and go out with the dog. If I’m off work I am on holiday so there will be numerous times throughout the year that I won’t be at the property.
