Double room to rent all bills included & parking

Small double bedroom available to rent. You will have use of the downstairs of the house. This includes kitchen, dining room, laundry room, bathroom and living room. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher and laundry room has washing machine and plenty of drying space. Extra storage space in the house are available for you if needed. There is outside storage for bikes too.

All bills and council tax included in the rent. There is a driveway parking space available included also.

The house is just under a 15 minute walk from the railway station and 25 minutes walk from Norwich city centre through the cathedral. We are close to a natural woodland and have views out to Whitlingham lake.

I am a 28 year old charity worker, doing a masters in counselling. This house is slightly unique as it was my family home, my sister is in and out although lives elsewhere and we host family Christmas here. I have a boyfriend who stays over too.

I’m ideally seeking a housemate who is aged 20-35 and a professional or mature student, veggie/vegan/pescatarian preferred or very careful meat hygiene. We have a cleaner who comes weekly/fortnightly to do communal areas.

I’d like the house to feel like a home for both of us and it would be a bonus if we have some similar interests :-) I love going to the beach, wild swimming and experimenting with new recipes. I also like to have BBQs and Fire pits in the garden.

I’d ideally prefer to have a video call and show you around the place virtually and be able to introduce myself before organising a viewing in person.
