Room in 2 bed terrace available in NR1

I am a young professional with a spare room to rent in a recently-renovated terraced house with shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and small back yard.

There is a washing machine, dishwasher, walk in shower, and the room has a walk in closet. The shared living room has a Juliette balcony. I would cover council tax, wifi and water but would look to split gas and electric bills (but am open to negotiate if, for example, you don’t wfh and will therefore use less power than me). I would estimate these at £45 pcm each.

I’m an easy going housemate and would like to share with someone around my own age. I don’t have a pet but would consider allowing some types, and I may get a dog later in the year so you must be ok with dogs!

The room currently only has a bed but we can agree what furnishings you need which can be provided.
