I am going to be leaving my room in a three-bedroom shared flat just off St Benedicts Street (next to Fireaway). This will be available from the middle of April (Looking for somebody to move in on the week of the
14th April).
You will be sharing with two, friendly flatmates (both boys) and I think the ideal age range will be between 20-30. It is a relaxed environment with a living room / kitchen area + our own private spaces.
The rent is £400.00 / month + some bills (which generally come to £75-150 dependent on the time of year).
