The house itself is well equipped, with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Wash up as you go environment. Furnished house.
We're looking for someone who is a working professional or mature student.
The rent is £575 per month, which also includes council tax, energy, water, and internet bills.
A contract will be signed with the estate agent, providing a secure and formal agreement for all parties.
