We are looking for a young professional to enjoy living in our beautiful home. You must have a consistent income and a long term contract with your work.

A well kept, furnished Victorian Terrace in a safe and quiet area 10 minutes walk from the city, in the vibrant northern quarter and close to Waterloo park, Mousehold Heath woodland area, local shops and takeaways and with a number of local cafes including Kofra, The Hashery, and the Fat Cat. There is also a good bus service. 35 minutes drive to the nearest beach, this gorgeous little house is perfect for 2 young professionals working in and around Norwich.

Full facilities including automatic heated shower, dishwasher, washing machine, Log burner, working fireplace, wifi, gas central heating, double glazing, a porch and a garden where you can enjoy a cup of tea/coffee in the sun. Quiet despite being in the city!

Kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, wooden tops, filters under the sink for filtered, distilled clean tap water throughout the entire house. All crockery, kitchen utensils, pots, pans etc included. Plenty of allocated cupboard space to store your food.

The property has two bedrooms one is available for rent. The other is occupied by a respectful, male young professional who works out the house Monday- Friday and sometimes works from home.

Bedroom for rent : Spacious room including a personal toilet, shower and sink. The room is furnished with a bed and mattress, a desk, a fitted wardrobe, a small chest of drawers and a shelving unit for storage.

There is free parking on the road opposite and there is a safe space to store your bikes.

All bills are included in the price of the rent (this includes council tax) up to a certain price cap.

The house features a fully furnished shared living room, dining room and fitted kitchen.

We have a friendly and gorgeous little cat called Smudge who loves people and cuddles so being a cat lover who is willing to feed and love her during your time in this house is essential! Cat food and care is provided by the landlady.
