Very large double room in terraced house

Hello! I'm Helena, a 29 year old looking for a housemate for a large double room with a walk in wardrobe.

I'm looking for someone friendly and clean. I'm a teacher and generally keep busy in my free time but I'd love to live with someone who's up for chats, sometimes sharing coffees or a drink together etc. I'm clean and tidy but used to living with people.

I've lived comfortably with another housemate as it's a good size house for two. There's a separate living room, and dining and kitchen, plus a shared bathroom. The room for rent has space for a desk, sofa bed, bed, wardrobe etc and can be either furnished or unfurnished. Most of the furniture in the photos is my current roommates and would be replaced.

There's also a nice garden and bike storage. Area has lots of good pubs, close to food shops, parks, gyms. On road parking is available.
