Spacious Double Room in Two-Bed Terrace

Looking for a lodger in the spare room of my terraced house.

Spacious double room (if a bit lacking in furniture) with a bay window. You’d have your own shower room downstairs, as I have an en-suite. Social spaces of a living room, dining room, kitchen and courtyard garden.

There’s a built-in cupboard in the bedroom with a hanger pole, but if you’re anything like me, you’d need a set of drawers for your stuff. I’m happy to buy, or if you already have some furniture bits, that works too.

I work remotely, so have my laptop out on the dining table during the day.

Looking for a friendly individual (not couple). Not fussed on gender as long as you’re nice and inclusive. I’m vegetarian but don’t mind being around meat and/or vegans.

I’m 27, sporty and sociable. I play hockey and tennis, but also enjoy sitting down.
TV-wise, I tend to watch Masterchef, Mastermind and the odd drama but happy for someone to broaden my horizons (probs not Real Housewives though). I’ve not got any pets, and don’t smoke.

Location:

Really close to the train station so perfect for rail commuters. Only a couple of doors down from the Coach and Horses (great pub), and a corner shop for snacks.
Resident permit parking available.
