Double room in NR3 - 2 Bed Terrace

Hello! I'm Jasmine, my current flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone who would like the double room as soon as possible.

The house is in the heart of NR3, close to St Augustines where you’ll find plenty of shops, good pubs, and parks.

I've lived comfortably with another housemate as it's a good size house for two. There's a separate living room, dining room and kitchen, plus a shared bathroom. The room for rent comes unfurnished and has ample space for a desk, sofa bed, bed, wardrobe etc.

There's also a small garden and bike storage.

Bills cover broadband (full fibre), water, council tax and energy and come to about £150pcm.
