Hello! , We are looking for a housemate for a large, furnished, double room in the heart of NR3.

I'm looking for someone friendly and clean. I'm clean and tidy but used to living with people.

I am comfortable to share my space with housemates as it's a good size house. There's a kitchen, plus a shared bathroom.

There's also storage. Area has lots close to food shops, parks, gyms.

Rent and bills are all included in the price and includes full fibre broadband & the property is council tax band A.
