We’re looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to join our relaxed and welcoming home in Henderson Park, NR5 — ideal for a student or young professional.

🛏 The Room
A newly decorated, fresh and bright double bedroom that overlooks our sunny south-facing garden.
It’s fully furnished and includes:

- A double bed with bedding, spare pillows and blankets

- A desk facing the window — perfect for working or studying

- Open hanging rail with shelving, chest of drawers

- Optional TV can be added, with access to a Fire Stick

- It’s a really peaceful space, filled with light — perfect for studying, unwinding, or just feeling cosy.

🛁 Private Bathroom
While not en-suite, you’ll have your own private bathroom just across the hall. It includes:

- A bath and shower

- Toilet and sink

- Plenty of storage for your toiletries

*There’s also a downstairs toilet for convenience.

🏡 Shared Spaces & Extras
You’re welcome to use:

- A large, comfy living room with sofa, TV, Xbox, Netflix & Prime Video

- Dining area and kitchen with all the essentials

- A south-facing garden with decking — really lovely in the warmer months

- A garage gym setup — with potential access if you’re interested

*We also have fast fibre broadband (BT), great for working from home or streaming.

🐾 About Us
You’ll be living with a couple (28 & 30) and our young Golden Shepherd cross, Obie, who will be 5–6 months old when you move in. He’s friendly, full of energy, and still in training — so we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable sharing space with a puppy around.

We’re friendly and always up for a chat or the occasional shared dinner, outing or film night, but we totally respect everyone’s space and routines too.

- 1 min walk to the 21 bus stop (direct to city centre)

- Close to Earlham Road for other routes (like the 26)

- 30–35 minute walk to UEA

- Short bus ride or drive to NNUH and Norwich city centre

- Local shops and green spaces nearby

💷 Rent: £600/month – No Deposit
Includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband, streaming)

No deposit required, but a written agreement will be in place
