UEA. Upstairs double bedroom and a bathroom shared with one other female tenant also located upstairs. 5 other tenants, 3 girls and 2 boys. May occasionally be noisy when housemates are all together but overall quiet. Shared kitchen space with separate fridge/freezer space and storage for each person. Also has a garden and small living room and shed for any bikes etc. Parking space on the road with a permit. One month’s rent is due before the move in date. You’re very welcome to bring friends/partners over as long as the noise level is considerate to other tenants. All bills are included in the weekly rent by unihomes.
