Short Let Double Bedroom

I have moved out of the property to live with my partner and need someone to fill my room until the lease ends on the 28th of July. You would be sharing with one other working professional, who works Monday - Friday. I'm looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, and would accept £450 from move in until 28th July, as I'm currently having to pay double rent.

The house has been put on the market to be sold, so we expect the tenancy to end after the 28th July, though this is perhaps something you and the current tenant can discuss with the agency should you wish (as they haven't sold the house yet, and the process can take a while).

The room is spacious with an additional box room which is great for storage. I have also attached images of the kitchen and living room.

I will be leaving my mattress and chest of drawers in the room as I cannot take them to my new home, so the room is partially furnished if this is helpful.
