Situated just off the ring road within easy walk of shops and bus stops. UEA 15 minute walk.
Bills are not included and the tenants will be responsible for these. Reasonable usage of electricity, gas, water and internet would be about £80-90 each per month, Landlord can advise re providers. Students do not pay Council Tax (Band B).
