1 large room is available for rent in our house adjacent to the UEA village, a short walk to the main campus.

The bedroom includes a king size bed, large desk, and a double wardrobe. There is space for more furniture, which we will purchase according to the preferences of the tenant.

The house has benefits from a large open plan shared space purposely designed for communal living, including sofa seating space for up to 9 people, dining facilities, full laundry, and a kitchen with a dishwasher and a double oven range cooker. An additional study/quiet snug is available for use.

There are 2 shared bathrooms and a separate WC.

There is off road parking for 3 cars, a large garden with a large storage shed.

The WIFI coverage is excellent, bedrooms also have wired internet. Rent includes gas, electricity, water and internet.

The landlord lives on Norwich and is available for contact at all reasonable hours.

Non students will be asked to contribute to Council tax ( band B)
