Spacious double room in shared 5 bedroom house.

Hi, I have a double bedroom at Freshfield Close, Earlham that I am meant to be moving into from 15th August for a fixed one year tenancy .  It’s a 5 bed furnished house with a lovely garden and parking with a 15 min walk from the UEA, nearby transport and shops. Sharing with 4 girls for a monthly price of £620 inclusive of all bills, utilities, internet etc.  I am no longer going to the Uni and don’t need the room but am in a contract that I can sell on to someone else.  If anyone is looking please let me know .
