We are a group of three recent graduates looking to replace a fourth member of our group who unfortunately just dropped out due to issues with her current tenancy. The house is a lovely property in the Golden Triangle, just off Unthank Road and about 15-20 minutes from the city centre on foot, ideal for commuting. We have a few lovely pubs, two local supermarkets, and a bus stop within a 5 minute walk of the house.
The room is for £530 a month - this includes rent, bills, and council tax split four ways. It is on the ground floor, with the front door leading into the room, but there is a side door which everyone uses to get in so no worries about privacy!
The house comes furnished with basics, including a kitchen area, a living room area with sofa and TV, a dining table, a patio/garden area outside with washing line and shed, and washing machine.
Our letting agents are asking for proof of income, so we are ideally looking for someone starting or already in work by the start date of the tenancy.
