Double room In family home close to city centre

Hi, I have a large furnished double room available from mid-december (all bills included) It’s 2 minutes walk from Magdalen st., close to Waterloo park and as a small Tesco just up the road. They’re a shared sitting room, dining room, galley kitchen, downstairs bathroom, utility room and a yard garden with a small seating area.

I’m a 37year old man, I work as a decorator and I have my 3 and 5 year old boys staying with me 3 nights/ week.. interests include music (play folky guitar), philosophy, writing, meditation, yoga, etc. I’m very friendly and easy going. Happy to be as communal or do own thing as much as suits you. There are toys and intermittent child chaos but would be very keen that housemate feels at home, puts their stamp on the place and doesn’t feel like a lodger (I’ve been in that situation before).

I’m looking for someone to join me on the Tenancy agreement as rents a bit expensive for me at the moment on my own. So probably no short term lets. Obviously my boys will be here some of the time so housemates who Iike kids preferred. And preferably no-one too wild and hedonistic although a bit of that’s all gd.

Ps. For any musicians there’s an electric organ, plenty of guitars and an electric drum kit you’d be very welcome to use. Look forward to hearing from you.
