We’re looking for one more tenant to fill out our 6 person house share. The house is in a very competitive location at a great price, bills likely to total roughly £88 a month, making the total rent about £640 to £650. Deposit is roughly £650.
While we are currently 5 men we have no preference in the final tenant as (about) half of us are gay.
