Double Room / Earlham Road NR2 / Friendly

We are offering a lovely double room that overlooks the back garden in our home on Earlham Road (NR2) with easy connections by foot or bus into the city, UEA, and hospital.

Available from early-mid September. Our housemate is currently moving out and waiting for a move in date for her new flat; on that note I apologise for some of the mess in the pictures, we’re finishing up some home improvements in the lead up to her departure.

You will be living with myself and my boyfriend, with the potential for another housemate further down the line in our other bedroom. We work in the city setting up our pottery studio called Helgate Pottery.

We have a labradoodle called Dusty who is generally lazy but will greet you energetically when you first arrive home, and a grey cat called Dag.

The house is a good size, with a shared living room, a kitchen with a dining table and a small sofa at the end. The garden is a large courtyard with room for entertaining.

There is one shared bathroom, with a separate bath and shower, and a cupboard for storage.

We are chilled out and keep a tidy home. Ideally we are looking for someone who is easy going.

No deposit is required, and we would be happy to work on a month-to-month rolling agreement.

This rent does include all of the bills.
