Student Room Available in NR2

Hello! Due to personal circumstances, I'm having to move out of my student house in Norwich and need someone to take my room for this coming year.

It's a three bedroom semi-detached house in the NR2 area - a short busride to UEA and NUA and a ~15 minute walk into the city centre. It is right off Unthank Road which has a lot of great cafes, pubs, shops and grocery stores.

The room is on the second level, it's spacious, has two big windows and a separate study area looking out onto the cute garden. Two super nice housemates as well!
