The property is a homely two bed with furnished communal areas that are always kept clean and tidy. The house has front and rear gardens and on-street permit parking is available.

It is located in the heart of NR3, very close to numerous parks and the river. It’s in a convenient location with easy access to the city centre, bus routes, shops, cafes and multiple pubs.

The rent is currently £475pm, with bills costing roughly an additional £150pm (per person). I’ve lived here for three years and have never had any issues with the landlord/letting agent - who is very attentive and responsive to requests.

I am a very sociable and welcoming 28 year old professional. Working as an Ecologist keeps me very busy and my schedule includes a mixture of field work and working from home. I appreciate having my own space to relax but equally enjoy a good catch up, chilling in front of the tv with nice food and having a drink or two.
