I am looking for someone to join me in my flat! I live 10 minutes walk from the train station, and 30 minutes from the city centre. This is a great flat, built only in 2024, and energy rating B - I can guarantee you won't be cold in the winter!
The room is a double bedroom, 6 sq m which I am currently using it as my office, but will empty all furniture before anyone moves in. The flat also has two storage cupboards that we can both use.
I am looking for a sociable flatmate, who would be up for going for walks, having meals together and creating a chill household environment.
I do have visitors every now and then, that may stay in the sofa-bed in the living room, and my flatmate is always welcome to invite their own friends, as long as we give notice to each other and don't overdo it.
